My brother took us on a great hike in Oregon city that led to a hill overlooking the town. It was 70 degrees and sunny and totally gorgeous.
Then we stopped at the Oregon city elevator. It is a funky elevator going from the bottom of the hill up 40 or so feet to the top. There is even an elevator operator still working there.
And of course we ended the day with strawberry banana milkshakes. Sorry no pictures, we are them too fast!

Another Day At Home
We did lots of gardening in my moms backyard. We planted lettuce, spinach, flowers, succulents, artichoke, grapes, peas, and I can't remember what else :) Eli hung out in the backpack and "supervised". These next few pictures are Eli with my dad, brother, and mom. I love seeing them interact with him!
Tillamook
Monday we went to tillamook Oregon. And who could leave the cheese factory without getting tillamook ice cream! Heaven! We tried mudslide chocolate, cake batter, Marion berry, raspberry white chocolate and s'more! Oooh :) Eli slept on the way then enjoyed ice cream himself ;)
On the way home we stopped at a funny little place and had great fish and chips!
After the drive home eli had to get out gis wiggles, which meant trying to escape the house. After we came back we had tin foil dinners on fire pit. Bryan would have been happy having a fire every night :)

Hike Around Town
I just took pictures as things happened but didn't keep good track of what we did each day.
The first day we were there we had dinner with my dad then the boys watched a basketball game and Eli played with bright blocks. We need some of those. He loves them!
The next day we went on a along the river through town. It was 5 miles but didn't feel that long at all! My mom got us a used baby pack in perfect condition. We tested it out with Eli and he liked it so much he fell asleep!
And no day is complete without helping us unload the dishwasher ;)

Oregon Here We Come
I have lots of pictures condensed down to a handful of posts, so hopefully I can get them up this week.
Oregon was so great. We stayed just busy enough to so lots of things, but it was also low key and relaxed so we didn't feel rushed. My mom only had to work a couple days the whole break so we had lots of time to play too. And my brother came for his spring break from college!
So here is Eli helping me pack. I think he was excited ;) then the morning we were scheduled to fly out it snowed several inches and we were afraid our flight would be canceled or delayed but all wet smoothly!!
