Last summer in Alaska we picked huckleberries. It was a fun day with a rare day off that Bryan had!
(Side note: I can't believe how much he had changed since July! He was so bald!)
I had some still left after making desserts so I canned some huckleberry syrup! I've never made it before but it's turned out so great! 
now just add a picture of your g/f waffles with syrup and bananas (and include the recipe for the g/f waffles) and it will be a sweet ending to a perfect story.
