We leave next week to head home so we are trying to enjoy every low tide we can exploring along the beach. Eli is going to miss this place!
These starfish were naturally grouped together. Pretty cool to see!
"A twab!!" This boy loves holding crabs. Today he kept saying "a blue twab?" I love the excitement he has for life and the joy he finds in simple things.
the grouping of the star fish is amazing just by itself. but to think that you guys get to see this almost every day is way cool. every time he goes to alaska he will have new experiences that few kids his age ever have. it is an adventure almost every day when we are out in nature if we open our eyes. (i don't have any twabs at my house - just a cat and some rocks)
ReplyDeleteFun times. Addie fashioned Bennett a fishing pole (she made one for herself, too) out of a stick from the backyard and some yarn. They have been fishing on the stairs for the last few days. Ha. Glad you are enjoying every last minute there...it's weird summer is almost over!
