Last night Bryan and I got to go on a grown up date! We both read and loves the Hunger Games books and couldn't wait to see the movie. This was the first time in over a year that we went to a movie! So we splurged and bought over priced, greasy, buttery, delicious popcorn :)
It was a really fun night and Eli had a blast playing with the sitter. The night was a success!!
yahoo that you got to go out on an actual date with popcorn and icecream after. no baby, no toys, no stroller. all showered, dressed up, hair done and make up on - just you guys on a date at a movie like real people. hopefully when you are home for the holidays we can find a couple of other 'grown up' things for you to do either as a couple of with your brothers and have a child-free evening. we can look forward to the play on the day after christmas. it may be a dorky story but it will be fun to go and relax and laugh.... and maybe maybe maybe get treats afterwards too!
