Our not so green thumb
My lamo camera doesn't understand that I want it to focus on the flower, not the leaves! Anyway, we have a few little blossoms on our peas! Our beans are still surviving, but our tomatoes are looking a bit sad. I don't know if they are getting over watered, beaten by the wind, lacking sun, or what! Oh well...
you are courageous to plant a garden and use the tiny space you have to try and grow a few vegetables. notice the prophet doesn't say to feed your family and neighbors from your garden, he just said to plant a garden. just be obedient and do as he asked. it reminds me of when our good bishop says 'go to the temple'... he doesn't say what to do there because we will know when we get there. sometimes it is to walk around the outside, or watch the people, or look at the flowers, or just touch the walls and look at the engraving or to actually go inside (that is a whole additional story). same with plant a garden. you were obedient. your peas look great actually. the weather (curses on global warming) is making life difficult for tomatoes. they need cool nights but sunny hot days. 40 degrees doesn't count as hot. be patient with them.
