This Prego lady can still hike! We stopped in Moab on our way home and hiked a 4 mile round trip hike called hunter Canyon. There was a beautiful little stream running along the canyon floor the whole time, and lots of little lizards around us. We didn't see many people on the hike and it was very peaceful.
yes, I am very aware that I look like a total dweeb with my sunglasses and tye dye shirt.
Potty break.
It was a wonderfully warm day and we enjoyed the sunshine and quiet beauty before headed back up to the craziness of the Valley. bleh.
there actually is NO place prettier than the canyonlands of southern utah. oregon is beautiful and has lots of amazing waterfalls and beautiful hikes and the ocean is just a short drive away but the red sandstone rocks of southern utah are so unique and your hike story and photos make me miss it so much. glad you got to go there for a few days. did you actually pee on those rocks?? i am telling every conservation group around and the government will probably send you a ticket for defacing public property!~
