My Finished Quilt!!
I thought this day would never come :) It took me a lot longer than I was planning/expecting but I love it so much more!! I smile every time I see it on the bed.
You are more than welcome to come snuggle on the bed and enjoy its yummy swirly quilted-ness!
P.S. I do realize I need a bed skirt. Its on my to-do list. Don't look too close!
this is fabulous. you have done a beautiful job and created something that will warm your toes and warm your heart all at once. what a nice piece of art, a memory of your first machine quilting, and a representation of lots of work and dedication. i love the softness of the colors together, yet there are enough colors that it has a plenty of life too. did you remember to embroidery your name and date on it. time goes so quickly that you will soon forget what summer it was you completed this masterpiece. BEAUTIFUL!!
